At Nappyseva, we are committed to providing you with high-quality hygiene products such as diapers, adult diapers, sanitary pads, and wipes. Due to the nature of these products, we have a strict no-return and no-refund policy once the packaging is opened.

1. No Return or Refund on Opened Products

To ensure the safety and hygiene of our customers, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products that have been opened or used. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Baby Diapers

  • Adult Diapers

  • Sanitary Pads

  • Wipes

  • Any other personal hygiene products

Please ensure that you check the product and size before opening the package.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong item, we are happy to assist you. You may request a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and unopened

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Supporting images or videos of the damage are provided

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange (For Damaged Items Only)

To request a return or exchange due to damage:

  1. Email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  2. Include your order ID, photos or videos of the damage, and a brief description of the issue.

  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.

Once approved, we’ll arrange for a pickup or guide you on how to return the item and issue a refund or replacement accordingly.

4. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
